Our team specializes in designing complex processes to be reliable and cost-effective through CNC machine programming. We always plan our systems and processes within a product-specific framework. Maintaining maximum flexibility and adaptability, achieving the highest quality in our products, and ensuring the reliability of our processes are central to our planning.
Mechanical processing is mainly carried out on state-of-the-art machining centers equipped with five axes.
This machine concept allows us to machine workpieces from all sides with the highest precision. Positioning errors that can creep in with conventional machines due to thermal expansion are eliminated through thermal compensation and integrated measuring technology.
Throughout our entire production process, we consistently rely on reliable, proven, and universally applicable standard machines. We prefer to partner with national machine suppliers with whom we have long-standing business relationships, enabling us to meet our customers’ requirements economically and precisely.
Through the flexible linking of all processes that the individual products go through in our processing cells, we guarantee the best possible logistical process of production – from the raw part to the customer-specific finished part.
