We manufacture complex cubic and rotationally symmetrical components on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers. Whether housings, front panels, valve technology, aluminum die castings, or profile material – we deliver precision milled parts with the tightest tolerances and high surface quality.

Our CNC turning technology covers the range of horizontal production turning and Swiss turning operations, as well as turning/milling work on modern CNC machines with bar feeder. We machine complex contours as turned or milled parts with the highest precision – even with demanding materials ranging from simple structural steels to high-alloy steels, stainless steels, or high-strength aluminum alloys.

In our separate assembly area, trained specialists assemble complete assemblies according to customer specifications—precisely, documented, and on schedule.

Our deburring is carried out in-house by specialized machines – efficiently, precisely, and reliably. This allows us to avoid unnecessary rework and guarantee the highest surface quality.

For complex geometries, we work with  specialized external partners who perform machine and thermal deburring – for perfect edges and surfaces.

After processing, your components are   thoroughly cleaned in our cleaning center .

Upon request, we offer oiling or corrosion protection treatment  for sensitive materials.

Together with long-standing partners, we offer a wide range of  surface and coating processes , e.g.:
· Anodizing
· Zinc plating
· Nickel plating
· Chromating
· Powder coating
