DEUTA Mechanics GmbH’s quality policy has been determined and internally defined in accordance with the company’s principles and customer requirements, and communicated as follows:

  • The quality policy is applied throughout the entire scope of the company, to the products manufactured and services provided.
  • Meeting the needs and expectations of customers regarding quality, costs, deadlines and service in the execution of their orders is our top priority.
  • Cooperative, good and trustworthy collaboration with our business partners.
  • Partnership-based integration of our suppliers and subcontractors into the management system.
  • The continuous improvement of the performance of all parties involved in all processes.
  • Proactive prevention of errors, not their subsequent correction, through the application of statistical methods (e.g. FMEA, SPC, MSA).
  • Daily, shift-related error management on the shop floor – using PDCA cycles.

Measurable Quality Objectives:

The measurable quality objectives are anchored in the key performance indicators and are regularly discussed in management reviews in order to counteract deviations or negative trends with corrective measures in the short term. Future complaint assessments are reviewed in relation to company performance and appropriate countermeasures are initiated.
